Fan or Light Fixture - Special

Replace your existing ceiling fan or light with a new customer supplied fan or light. Flat price special available for ceilings under 12 feet high.

Estimate

We will provide a professional detailed, itemized, written estimate on LARGE jobs such as bath and kitchen remodels, room additions, flooring and full interior or exterior painting. Please do not book appointments for estimates on small jobs. If a visit to your location is necessary, we would be happy to; but often we're able to quote you right over the phone. Tell us about your project by providing as much detail as possible, including job location, photos, specs, measurements and anything that may give us a better understanding of the scope of work. Handyman

Let's keep things simple. Book a skilled Handyman to take care of your entire to-do list. This may include repairs, installations, maintenance, cleaning, organizing, assembly, painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing or troubleshooting. Upon arrival after a brief walk-through, your Handyman will clock in and begin tackling your list. If materials are required your handyman will drive to the closest home improvement store to purchase what is needed. Jobs expected to take over 2 hours or materials over $50 require a 50% deposit.

Drywall Repair - Special

Fix a hole in your drywall up to 4' x 4' or up to three smaller holes. We'll come to you with materials, a trained technician will remove the damaged drywall and replace it with a patch. After the hole has been repaired, the wall will be re-textured and painted. This job takes a minimum of 2 trips. The initial drywall patch must dry overnight. A follow-up trip is usually needed to sand down the patch, re-texture and paint. Note: Price does not include materials or paint, typically $40-$50 total).

Wall Mount TV - Special

We'll come over and wall mount your flat panel TV with customer supplied mount. The TV can be hung on concrete, drywall or virtually any surface. Some walls with steel plating or awkward scenarios may not be suitable or mountable. If you don't already have a TV mount, we can pick out a suitable one for an additional fee. If the TV is over 50 inches, $39 will be added to the final price. If you want in-wall wiring, $79 will be added to the final price. Basic toggle bolts used to hang the TV mount are included - additional materials are not included in price.
